James 4:8 Come near to God and He will come near to you.
What an amazing promise this is., we can be as close to God as we want to be, it all depends on how much time we are willing to put into developing our relationship with him. Jesus didn't die for us to give us religion, but to open the way for each us to be able to enjoy a intimate relationship with God.
Form a habit of spending regular quiet time with God, study His Word, talk with Him, tell Him what is going on in your life. If you put Him first, He will help you be obedient to His will. My quiet time with God each morning helps get my day started on the right path, I start with a peace and joy that wasn't there before.
If you are too busy to spend time with God, then you my friend are too busy!
