Psalm 62:6 tells us that "Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress and I will not be shaken"
Prayer can release our tension in times of need and emotional stress.
Here is a big question to ponder: What is God doing when we are in a bind? When your lifeboat has sprung a leak?
I know what we sometimes do, we start biting our nails and stressing, but God, God steps into the ring, points us to our corner and goes to battle for us. Exodus 14:14 tells us "Remain calm, the Lord will fight for you"
His job is to fight, Our job is to trust. Just trust. Not direct or question. Our job is to pray and wait.
Trusting God to be your rock and salvation will change our entire outlook on life and we can rest on God's strength.
