FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT SELF CONTROL

Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit that stops a Christian from reacting and making decisions according to the desires of the flesh, and not the Spirit of God.

It is continually submitting a person’s will to God’s will, not allowing the flesh to be in charge.

“He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.” Proverbs 16:32
