OUR MINISTRIES

Grace Community Church is constantly striving to "Serve God, Serve Others, and Make a Difference." We are blessed to have such a loving and hard-working congregation. Learn more about our ministries below.

Bridges of Hope

The last Sunday of each month we serve the homeless a meal at the Bridges of Hope shelter in Xenia. See sister Donna for more info.

Activity Committee

If you're looking for more ways to be involved in our ministries, consider serving on our Activity Committee. From Mother's Day and Father's Day to Graduation Recognition and Pastor Appreciation, we can use you. See Bob Adkins for detaisl

Sunday School/JAM City

Grace Community Church offers Sunday School for all ages every Sunday at 9:30 A.M. The senior adults meet weekly in the sanctuary. All other ages meet in the classrooms in the church basement. JAM (Jesus And Me) City is for kids (pre-school through 5th grade) and takes place during morning worship each Sunday. Following music and prayer in the sanctuary, kids are called to the front for a mini-sermon with Pastor Bruce. Then, they head downstairs for a lesson and snack with one of our awesome teachers!

Men's Ministry

The men have a new Bible study starting Wed Sept 6th at 7pm see Pastor Bruce for more details.

Youth (SoGo)

Servants of God and others is the name of our youth group. SoGo is for youth (6th grade through 12th grade) and meets each week.  The second floor of our fellowship hall is full of fun. We have air hockey, foosball, Wii, and arcade basketball to name a few things. We have weekly devotions and prayer followed by a light meal. Additional activities and outings are planned throughout the year.

Summer: VBS & Prepare Our Youth

Our annual Vacation Bible School is the highlight of the year! Held the first full week of June each year (M-F) 6:00-8:30 PM, VBS is action-packed and fun for all ages. From the energetic music and motions to the awesome decorations and amazing snacks, VBS gets everyone jumping for Jesus!

Evangelical Christian Ladies (ECL)

Evangelical Christian Ladies (ECL) is the Ladies Ministry group of The Churches of Christ in Christian Union, with denominational headquarters in Circleville, Ohio. ECL originated in 1982. Our hope and goal is to see women come to love God more dearly, to serve HIM with passion and zeal, and to become HIS ambassador with faithfulness by being Kingdom Builders. Our mission is to: Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mark 12:30
